File system drive configuration??

Trying to get a file system device set up on AS11 to back up some oracle databases while we wait for a replacement drive and SCSI controller to be supplied.

Any useful tips would help as the job that was set to back up to the one i created yesterday failed.

I created a media pool and modified the job so it was on a 7 day rotation of full backups to run at 02:00 each morning but it failed (unable to find blank media - even though it's set to overwrite blank, same, any media) and it also appears that about 12 other jobs decided to run before the backup job was scheduled to run (no other jobs were scheduled before i left work).

1 FSD = 1 Tape
so if normally you use 7 tapes a week the 7 FSDs are needed to be in the new group.

Might be best to put the GFS on hold and setup a Custom job to backup all the data.
