I am presently looking for ideas on the simplest way to upgrade our fileserver, which is also the PDC, to a new high volume fileserver. I want to create a file server but I can see lots of different problems with permissions on the existing departments, groups, users etc. There's a lot of users involved so it needs to happen efficiently.
Thanks in advance to anyone helping me out here.

Thanks for the quick response dhawthorn.
The main problem we have is with local group folder permissions on the present file server which we are in the process of changing today. Our preferred Admin Tool, HYENA, can let us copy the tree/folder/subfolder structure but obviously the local group permissions have to be re-assigned. I think we can sort the rest out from here.
Presently I'm testing the difference between the Scopy and our Hyena admin tool.

Thanks again for the rapid response
