File Replication

Has anyone ever setup file replication across two different domains. I am trying to give everyone access to a directory in one domain but still access it from a different domain. The domains are completly seperate with no trust between them. (Trying not to set one up as well) We are running W2K Server in both locations.
Any help would be appreciated.

you'll have to set up separate user accounts (they can be duplicates if you want) in the resource domain, and the users will likely need to authenticate when attempting access.
