Hello all,

I have a problem and could use some help. I currently have a file folder full of documents that are being created by a couple of individuals for tracking client interactions. Other staff members need to be able to read these documents at another location. Due to bandwidth demands, I'm reluctant to have the "readers" using terminal server to come into my primary server to read these documents when they need to.

So I'm looking for an automated way to copy changed documents from one server to another. Doesn't Windows 2003 have a way to perform this function for me, and if so can someone point me in the right direction to finding out how to do it?

You can use DFS with replication for this. Or you may want to consider using ROBOCOPY.

I'd have thought the minimal amount of bandwidth that TS takes up would be preferable to copying loads of changed data every day which may or may not be up to date depending on your replication schedule??
