file not found

I wrote asp page search page and a dll to just retrive data from sql server 7 database according to search criteria that user submits. Everything works just file. However, I got report from a few users that after they submit search, the server return "404: file not found" error to them. If they refresh a page, the result will display. The webserver is IIS5 in Win2K box.

Anyone has any ideas about this? Thank.
