File migration

Hi all
Does anyone know of a good piece of software which would allow me to copy files from one server to another and keep all the security settings. I know I can move the files and this would do it but it has to be copied as I would like the files running on another location before I remove the original lot.

robocopy is the best tool free of charge in windows recource kit. it keeps ACLs and u may schedule the copy and if u fails, it picks up where u fail next time u proceed.
