file management: need a tool

Hi guys !

I need your help. I'm looking for a tool/soft to give me report my files server

I need to know
- which files are in double or more
- which files haven't been accessed for the last x month

I'm not in a big company, I have only one file server, so I don't need HSM product for the moment, neither a quota manager.

first I need to analyse my file server

what kind of software do you use for your servers
