File DSN Bug

I've created a FileDSN using a MS SQL Server.
When I point to it in CR it won't use the correct driver.
Crystal V8 thinks a File DSN is always FoxPro Driver
Crystal V8.5 thinks it is an Excel Driver

Any Workaround???
