I cant seem to download things like 'Kazaalite' I tryed to download it, but after it downloads this program comes up and flashes. The program is called 'File Download' So I have to restart my computer because it keeps flashing, so then whatever I am trying to download dosnt download. What should I do?

Click Start - Run Msconfig
Disable anything you cannot identify and even some others.
Reboor and try
Press Ctrl-Alt-Del once to see what is running while you have that problem.
