Hi,
I have an application that can display stored images via an icon on one of the display pages of the app. With IE 6 on W2000, this works fine. With IE6 on XP, part of the file name does not parse out properly; eg

9066.DMS
parses out as
9066%252EDMS

the %252E is a constant which of course makes the file to be displayed - unfound.

any guesses why it parses differently under XP?? I have turned off the UTF-8 feature, with no change.

thanx in advance,
steve c.

Is that a proper full-stop/period in the filename, or some special character that just looks like one?

If the latter, try renaming the file.

Hope this helps,
Dan
