File::Copy is loosing file content

Hello!
I'm using 'copy' to copy a list of files to a different location. However, the 'copy' only copied 1st. file correctly, 2nd file was copied to destination as zero byte, all contents were gone. Original files in source directory are all good, with contents after copy. Anybody had this problem? Thanks!
