File Browser - Folder content Listing

Just a quick one.. (I hope!)
I'm looking for a way that I can use an access form to browse folder structures then list contents of the folder in say a listbox ?
Is there an activeX I can use for file browsing and is there an easy way to dump the content list into a list box?

I guess I mean, in vb u have drivelist and filelist boxs, any way of getting the same funtionality in access ____________________________________
