Hi
Here's a rather curious one.
Windows Explorer/Tools/Folder Options/File Types
At this section you have the ability to associate and create and edit various associations as well. Here's the problem. When you click New to create a new association, the dialog that appears has an advanced tab. When you select the advanced tab the dialog expands, and displays a list of current types in the "Associated File Types" drop down.
The first option is NEW. This option is on just about all machines where I've actually looked for it. All except one. I know about 3 other ways of creating the association, so am more or less simply puzzled by this rather strange occurrence. Any one know what happened to NEW, or better still, how I can get it back...
Thanks
