File Association Commands

I need the ability to do a "Print-To" file association for TIF files. in past I have tried this with only the application opening the document and not printing it. This does not resolve for my ultimate goal. I have contacted MS support concerning this problem, after 3 days on the phone I received the dreaded "Error is by design" response which means they did not know the answer. Any help is appreciated.

Don't know if this will help but I have 2 associations in my WinXP Pro,
1 for TIF TIF File and an Open action only with Adobe PhotoShop, and

1 for TIFF TIF Image and a Printto entry with this line in Application used to perform action:

rundll32.exe C:\WINDOWS\System32\shimgvw.dll,ImageView_PrintTo /pt "%1" "%2" "%3" "%4"

and the Application entry being shimgvw.

The TIFF Open has Application used to perform action has this line:

rundll32.exe C:\WINDOWS\System32\shimgvw.dll,ImageView_Fullscreen %1
