File appearing called 'readme.eml'....?

Hi,

Every time i bootup there is an 11MB file called 'readme.eml' placed in every folder on my computer...

Does anyone have any ideas on what might be causing this..?

NIMDA. Run a full scan of your PC if you have an updated AV.
