Recently, a problem has appeared on my CS1000M MG Rls 4.5 (81C) PBX. A FIJI005 error appears on console. This error is related to FIJI 0 0 card on Core/Net Module 0

At the beginning, I thought my Fiji card had damaged because the card led turned on and when tried to reset the ring and enable the card, i got no results.

I replaced the card with 2 other cards, Hardware test doesn't pass on fiji slot 0 0. I tried to enable the card and a message appears that the card cannot be enabled because power switch is in off position. The real fact is that power switch is in on position.

I have tested all these cards on other fiji slots (fiji 0 1, 1 0 and 1 1), and they do pass the hardware test, enable and work perfectly.

I have also changed fiber cables for this card (fiji 0 0) and the failure continues.

Your Backplane has gone off. Replace it.

Had the same problem the other day, happens to have been the same shelf. Every thing worked on the shelf except the fiji. Turned out to be the power supply for that shelf.
