Field data output in wrong place...Please help 2

Hi guys I really need your help. I have a report template that is placing the field data in the wrong place. Some of the fields are not displaying at all and some are puting data in the wrong field. For instance the last name is where the first name should be. All of my fields are placed in the correct place. Im guessing that I may have a corrupt template?

Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

What version of Crystal?

Have you tried executing a Database->Verify Database?

Mouse over the fields, do they show the proper names?

Is the report based on a View? Perhaps someone changed the View.

You were right. I did a "verify database" and noticed that the mapping was out of sync. This fixed the problem. I appreciate your help! The check is in the mail.
