Field contents into clipboard

Howdy,

Can someone tell me how to take a field content into the windows clipboard using FPW2.6a?

I would like to take the contents and startup Outlook express in "New Message" window and pasting the contents into like the To: field on Outlook.

Is there a clean routine to do this?
