Field Adding Two others together

When people are filling out part of the database, they will be putting a couple of numbers in two fields, and I want another field showing a running total in that table. What is the easiest way to do this?

You can't get a running total in a Table but you can get it in a query.

See this thread for some ideas. A lot of it will depend on what you have for a Key field or a unique date field or a combination of them. The SQL uses derived tables that have to sum values in one (or two) fields based on values in other fields.
