FIBER Error "Help"

Can anyone help with my Fiber Error. I have a remote 11C contacted by a fiber run. Getting the error message

FIR (003)(004)(110)(112) PEC 4 and NET 24
I think this is a LD 32 Maintenance problem. Any help is good.

YOU HAVE EITHER A BAD FIBER CARD AT MAIN SITE IN THE NETWORK SHELF OR THE FIBER CARD AT THE REMOTE. THE ONLY OTHER CHOICE YOU HAVE IS THE FIBER

Thank you for you reply. Could this problem also cause me to have fluttering sounds on my analog lines?

Absolutely, I had a customer with this same problem. The digital phones would drop and the analog would flutter.
