I'm trying to set up FFCs for park/pickup, instead of using SPRE.

I've assigned 7275 as the FFC for park (CPRK).
I want to assign an FFC for pickup, but can't find the code to use. PUDN seems to be to pick up a ringing DN, not pickup a parked call.

There's a fixed feature code for it (SPRE+72), but I don't see how to set it as an FFC.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks,
Matt

Thanks John, but I don't want to pick up a ringing call. I want to pick up a call I've parked. Maybe I should have said retrieve instead of pickup.

At first, I thought I could just dial the number where the call is parked, but that give me a busy signal.

Thanks,
Matt

parked a call on 2105, went to an analog set dialed just the 2105, hit the call on park.. there is a code to park but you do not need one to pick it up if your using assigned park codes.. if you park it against a dn, then use spree 71 plus the dn..

if i press park plus 2000 (a working dn) then park,, i would dial 1 71 2000 to pick that up, if my spree is 1

Thanks, John. I was parking it against a specific DN, since it's an analog set -- no display to give me the park DN. I'm actually programming speed dial keys for the park and pickup, so I'll use the SPRE method for pickup.

STAN, i do not have a code 71 in my ffc's, it must be a default because it is in the feature guide and from a display set, if you park on a working dn, it displays the park dest at 1 72 xxxx

Yep John, SPRE+71 and SPRE+72 are the default (rigid?) Park codes. But Matt can still program different flexible codes if he wants.
