Fetching mail from an Catch All account

Hi,

We have Exchange5.5 on NT4.0. Domain is registered as company.co.in

Current Scenario: Receiving and Sending mails using @company.co.in doamin name.

Wanted Scenario: Same as above and also want that Exchange server would fetch mails from an catch all account that is with one of the ISP's and distribute that mail to the respected mailboxes.
