Hi. I need to change greetings on a Cinphony ACD. What are the feature codes for changing greetings? Are there any other helpful feature codes to know? Thanks!

Feature Codes for Cinphony ACD

I think these are usually in the F900-909 range. You should be able to F9*1 and see your active feature codes.

To change Cinphony greetings you have to log in as a supervisor and then access greeting maintenance.
You can also find the codes in the ACD monitor application.
