Thanks in advance. We have several FAC that are programmed in to the switch but the ones I am wanting to try are not working. For call forwarding it is #2 and for deactivation it is #0. For Send Calls is #8 and deactivation is #7. Neither of these are working and I'm not recieving a confirmation tone when I try it. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

If you use the command display dialplan analysis - does it show # as and FAC?

Yes it does. Everything seems to be programmed correctly. Theses codes use to work.

I bet you have console permissions enabled in the COS for the extn you are trying it on, check the cos and either change console perm to no or change the cos completely. With consol perm you have to enter the extn number you want to call fwd or send calls, eg if you are extn 2000 and you want to call fwd you would do #22000(then number)

If I change the console perm to no, then will they just have to enter the FAC and then the ext to forward that ext to? Example- If I wanted to forward to ext 4444. Just hit #24444

Correct...

Thanks,
