I was wondering if there is a tutorial, primer or chart that lists all the feature access codes and what they mean, so I could discern how they would effect my call center.
I have looked up in the avaya pdf and get information about changing them but not what they do exactly.
has anybody seen such a document?
The type (not exact) of questions I have is what does a data orgination access code show me...does it show me the port of the phone that is calling me? Is it only used in an ip office situation? Print message access code, does that show how many calls went to voicemail and print them to the system printer? Remote agent logout code, why cant I get it to work...am i typing in the wrong digit string, can I get it to work from home with remote access or does remote mean not being at the station but on the same switch partition?
These are not the exact questions that I need answered but trying to find answers to questions like these in the vague avaya/lucent/at&t docs can be really frustrating.
