Feature Access Code

Hi All,

i have ip phone type 4602 (without feature buttons), and i want to configure feature access code to call back somoene that call me and i missed the last call ( like calling from call log- miseed call )

any ideas ?

Not sure what system you have but in a MultiVantage you can use the command <Ch Fea> and on the first page there is an &quot;Answer back access code&quot; you can assign. Let me know if this is what you were looking for, good luck.

This is not possible with the 4602, the missed call log you get with the softphone and the larger IP phones (4620)is stored on the phone itself.
