Can some explain to me how this feature works? My understanding is - extension B needs to be a point in coverage path of extension A, so that extension B can do a "transfer "FAC" transfer" to extension A's voice mail box?
Does the "Terminate to Coverage Pts. with Bridged Appearances?" "y" or "n" in the Coverage path play a role in this feature? or does it all hinge on the "point" in coverage path?
I have Admin. Assistants with bridged appearances of people they answer calls for. The Admin presses the bridged appearances and they say they can not transfer callers to that specific persons vm boxes by using this FAC, the caller just remains on the bridged appearance and the Admin gets dead air.
