Feature 986 Inactive Feature

Hey ladies and gents,
I'm heading out to site today, client is saying feature 986 says inactive feature.

I will check vmail ports for busy, and intercom path etc...
however has anyone seen this one?
They have always used this feature in the past...
System is a CICS with CP100....unaware of the versions at this time.

If 986 say inactive, it most likely means 980, 981, etc are also inactive which means the vmail is probably down.

I thought so to, but thier telling me vmail is still picking up....

I've had it happen on a NAM, while all other Ftr codes work. A reboot fixed it.

I bet the CICS 'Auto Attendant' is picking up the calls, but the CP is down

Rebooted vmail and cics..all worked...
