We're using a Norstar Meridian system with StarTalk Flash V7.0. When we were on V2.0 previously, we could check each other's voicemail by dialing Feature 983, then the mailbox number and password. Since the upgrade, this feature is "Not Allowed" for all mailboxes except the System Admin. I can't seem to find any way to enable this feature. Any ideas?

Perhaps try Feature 981, then when the menu comes up, press the soft key for "other" and get to the LOG: prompt. From there, enter as one string of characters the mailbox number and the password, then press the soft key for OK.
Feature 983, for the Flash, I believe is reserved or Admin account use only.

f983 is vm administration. You want f981, then other(or star).
You're likely seeing "not allowed" instead of log when pressing f983 because you need to access that feature from a 7310 or higher phone.
