I have a Norstar CICS 6.1 Standard Software with the IRAD enabled. I also have NRU 10.
I am able to dial in on a dedicated IRAD answer line and connect, I am also able to dial in on a operator answered line and have the person press feature 817 to transfer me to IRAD.
But I am not able to invoke the transfer to IRAD (Feature **723, or in this case ***723 from a remote location) if I am using either the Auto DN, or the Auto Attendant (built into the CICS) with a valid DISA DN (DN 601 for now) and a valid COS password which is unrestricted and has remote features activated.
Does anyone know if this feature works remotely so that I do not have to dedicate a line to IRAD, and can call into the Auto Attendant and just transfer the call myself to the IRAD?
