FDN/HUNT Call Display

We have assistants who answer phones for multiple bosses. A user said that she used to be able to see which boss a call was covering to her from (after a FDN or HUNT) on her phone display so that she would know to answer "Mr./Ms._____________'s office." She said that has stopped. No programming changes were made to her phone. Any idea what would affect that or what drives that display that might've been changed?

CLS DNDA is what says "Display who was being dialed", which allowed the Assistant to see that Mr Smith was the one who was dialed.

In your case, I suggest you need CLS: TDD CNDA DNDA

I bet you have DNDD today, and that is why it stopped working
