I built the fdl in ld 97 to run this morning at 01:00 hrs. I've checked my fsum in ld 32 and no change to the sets that needed updating. Did I miss a step.

Is there anything in ld 32 that has to be done. FDLS? I've done that now and didn't do yesterday. I noticed in doc's it says "intiate system wide flash download" and when I do this it says it's building tree and then I get a sdl005 err saying the download was stopped.

John I opened a thread yesterday about mdp refresh and no one has responded. I have a CS 1000m (81c) with SS. My question is does this procedure auto remove obsolete peps and defective peps. And should I do this through the SS? I used the MIRCC and have a nice size delta to load. thanks

you may have not gotten a response because that is such a new rls.. i download a new dep list from nortel and load it, which blows away the old.. i'm on rls 3 and haven't read up on the refresh command..

10-4 on the fdl...

Yeah I'm 4.5W and the doc's seem to make it sound like doing this through the SS will be the best. I just din't want to load the delta and have peps sitting there that needed to be removed. Thanks for you help.

you will need to remove the obsolete and defective, before you put on the delta. I believe it even say that somewhere on the MIRCC report toward the bottom of the page
