I did have a 2nd HDD of 20Gb and it did not work any more, so now I have a put in a 80GB as 2nd HDD, now when I run fdkisk it only show 32GB, how can I get it so see 80GB. I only use this drive as backup and don't have windows on it.

Running Xp sp2 on C:

There are jumpers on the back of some drives that limit them to that. Pull the hard drive out, look at the jumper configuration and find the one that marks "limit drive to 32GB" , pull it off and install the drive. You will now find the drive shows its actaul size.
 
Thank You Electronicsfreak I just saw that I have put the jumper as slave in the 32GB place, will remove it now.

Yip now it is 80GB. It is ther first time that we have got a HDD that can limit you, now we will know it in the future.
