fdisk unsuccessful

I am installing OS/2 v2.1 on a p5vx-b mo/bo, after partitioning hdd I get an error saying fdisk unsuccessful. I guess I need the hdd controller driver. Would any one know were to get a driver for an Intel 820 chipset?

The chipset is an intel 430 not an 820, sorry!
