fdc and dif files in Adobe Premiere

Hallo,
I have video files in *.fdc and *.dif files,
bud Adobe Premiere 6.5 can't open it.
It says "Unsupported file type!"

How can I open these file types in adobe premiere?
Some plug-in is required.

Or how can I convert fdc (dif) to avi files?
