Is anyone aware of a good fax program that integrates well with Access? I've searched around a bit with the time I've had and have come up with little information on the subject. Is it possible that no one has tailored something to Access or am I just missing it barely on my searches? Thanks for any info in advance.
xtreme1
rbio@excite.com

I have used "WinFAX Pro" and we are using NT Fax Server right now.
WinFAX has total Integration using DDE.
If that's what you are after. So if you click a "Send FAX" button on your form it will just go out with out the user having to key in a FAX number and hit the Enter key 5 times to accept the next few questions on the FAX dialog box.
NT Server FAX does not have that feature.

I would get WinFAX Pro for NT Server and Let the Server do the FAXing. Then your users hit FAX and in 10 seconds they are back working. Other wise they have to wait while their own modem sends a FAX plus with "Server FAXes you only need one dedicated FAX line. That's why we are using NT FAX Server it came FREE with BackOfffice Server.
I made 2 report's on which is slightly differnt for FAXing and one for Printing. Look at my FAQ on Printers

OK
Yes, avoiding user intervention is exactly what I'm looking for. Coincidentally we just picked up WinFax PRO today, so I am looking into the DDE functions it supports. Thank you very much for the input, as I was unsure upon first look whether or not this software would support that kind of integration.

xtreme1
rbio@excite.com

Anybody have some sample code on how to invoke the DDE calls in Winfax Pro?
