Hi, I've got the client installed and it works fine. However, I cannot fax from my email.

When I email fax=95551212@mymssname.mydomain.com, I get:

'fax=97923615@mymssname.mydomain.com' on 12/4/2007 1:48 PM
None of your e-mail accounts could send to this recipient.

Obviously, I'm editing the name but its correct based on what my MSS shows. Also, I'm changing the email tyte to mm before sending.

Any advice? thank you

What Version MM and can you receive faxes ?

Not sure what you mean by MM for outlook 2.5.1 ? What type of MM system rel 2 3.0 or 3.1 and i would assume you are using a MSS for the message store.

MM 2.0 outlook client shows 2.5.1 and yes, MSS message store that you helped work on back in the day.

thanks Ken

So when you send the Doc as a fax you are attaching it or going to file and selecting send to. Also what type of file is it.

COS looks good and I've tried just sending a email alone and also with a TIF attachment

I will try it from one of my lab systems and see what i get.

Has this ever worked?

Hi Ken, sending a fax through Outlook has never been done here at my company, just recently found out about the ability and haven't gotten it to work yet. thank you!
