Faxination/Fenestrae

Hello All,
I have posted several times and have been trying to get our Faxination product to work correctly. I did the AAS, agent, ID etc.

I think the issue is the setup of the dialogic board in the fax server. on the PBX side it is setup as Tie, B8ZS/ESF, but i would like to know exactly on the Faxination side what options are avail? B8ZS/D4, etc. Also, need to validate the robbed bit setting on the fax side as well.

Is there a setting in the fax server or protocol setting? Any documentation out there? thx

We use Faxsys for faxing to the desktop.

All we done was creat standard analogue connections on the switch (2500 type) and connect these to the dialogic boards. You don't need a tie trunk.
