faxes in fax queue will not go to outlook

[Snug]

I have outlook 2000 and msfax. I am recieving faxes in outlook, but there are some still in queue. I tried the MS suggestion to edit the registry in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\At Work Fax\Local Modems\Recived and enter the keys as suggested:

F00=RCVNNN.MG3
R00=001

After opening Outlook, they do not appear as MS said. Any other ideas?
