Fax to Mailbox

Has anyone been able to send a fax to a VMP mailbox? I have a customer that wants to have the faxes end up in the mail box so they can forward it or send it to a fax.

Yes you need to point your DDI to a callflow that has a menu action. create a new touch tone in the menu of F. This is fax tone detect. Route that menu action to a leave mail.

OK I have done what you said but I cannot get tone from the mail box so the FAX can be sent. What am I doing wrong?
