Fax service Failed after installing ISA 200 on SBS 2003

Hi Peeps
Just installed ISA 2000 on a SBS2003 Premium Domain and two things happened one the site server portal that comes with sbs failed the reading some technet articles i found the resolution.But more annoying the FAX service will not start now . cant find anything about this issuse so i thought OK bite the bullet and do a reinstall ( 4 reinstalls later) still the same thing happens gettin close to deployment date and i need this resolved anybody got any suggestions i really need help here.
