The organisation I work for (4000 users) wants to do this...

On their workstations send and recieve fax through the network. They want a message to appear on their screen that says a fax has been received (for that specific user).

Does anyone know of any software, or even better, hardware sollution for this?

Thankful for any tips of sollution and/or provider

We use GFI Faxmaker. It integrates well with Exhange and has an optional OCR module to it. I opted to not use the OCR module instead having all faxes come to the receptionists Email box and having her distribute. When sending faxes from the desktop &quot;Success&quot; and &quot;Failure&quot; receipts are sent to the originating user. Pretty good solution for us. They have a free 5 user demo at gfi.com
