I have Microsoft Exchange version 4.0. For some reason, I can't receive fax messages. I can send them with no problem. This is very frustrating to me regarding my business. Does anyone have any idea what I can do to help fix this problem?<br>

I think there is something going on with the Operator Agent. <br>
