I have a number of faxes on our system, on the occasion that a fax doesn't pick up the incoming call, the system transfers the call to our attendant.

As you can imagine, that annoys the crap out of our operator to answer and hear the lovely squealing sound.

There are no coverage paths set on the station. I did a 'list call' and it does show 7491 forwarding to 0, but I've no idea how to change this.

Go to a station with console permissions enabled, and use the FAC for "call forwarding deactivation". Or plug an analog phone into the fax machine and use the same FAC.

I'll have to go try that. I didn't think the call-forwarding FAC worked on the analog phones.
