Can anyone please tell me what Favourites is for? It's under Groups in Microsoft Access main screen. Thank you!

You can create shortcuts to access objects in the Favourites window

right click on an access object(Table,Query....) you will see one of the menu items is add to add to group click on that item and it will add that object to the group
