I cannot find a reference to your error message in the Microsoft
Knowledge Base.
However, I did locate some information about DRVWPPQT.VXD which may be
of some assistance in resolving this issue.
"The Drvwppqt.vxd file is installed if Microsoft Backup is installed,
and is used to communicate with parallel-port tape backup devices.
Note that if you uninstall Microsoft Backup, this file is not
removed."
If you are not using Microsoft Backup with a parallel port backup
device then it is probably safe for you to locate this file and rename
it to DRVWPPQT.OLD and see what happens then.
If you are using a parallel port backup device then you probably
should contact the manufacturer of that device and see if they have
any information about this particular type of error message.
