Is there any way I could format my C:\ drive from FAT32 to NTFS without losing the data in it (Windows 2000 Server)???

Yes,
Type Start, select run then type CMD then press return.
at the prompt type: convert c: /fs:ntfs then press return.
When the machine is next rebooted the drive will be converted and no data will be lost.
