yes i can access the rad by 9** to program it but dont you need to input the system id for it to work or can it be left blank from my past experince it has to have a system id to connect
For your Fast Rad, you can make the sys. ID anything you want it to be. 10 digits I believe. It is so that you can keep your records straight for system backups and restores.
I usually use the customer's area code and main phone number for the RAD ID.
System ID is any 10 digits you want to use. This is just a random number you choose to identify backups in the Nortel folder on your PC. As Marv01 wrote most techs use the customer's main phone number for the system ID and RAD password.
