FastComTV card reinstall problems

Hello All,
I have been having some problems with my FastComTV card which up until now have been working perfectly. I removed some unrelated software and now get a load error. I removed and reinstalled the tvcard software, yet the error remains. Trouble shooting tips suggest that i need to copy and paste the file grappler.dll into the windows\system directory - tried this - still no go. Any suggestions?

I bought a TV CARD (FastCom TV) from UAE. Now I am in Bangladesh. I forgot to collect TV Card Driver from UAE. Would you please send me the driver installer ?
