fast busy on phantoms

I have a remote site and setting up phantoms with 67XXX
these are to go directly to callpilot vm boxes....I ad the phantom ext in CP. problem i am getting is fastbusy when I dial the phantom box


what could be the problem?

I would MWA in CLS & probably go UNR instead of CTD

I assume 39990 is your CP VM number.

still receiving fast busy. Changed CLS to UNR.

also have another issue......on callpilot affecting callers when they press 0 to get operator, they ge valid attendant not specified..... I checked in RPL on CallPilot and 0 not specified in local or on switch.....not sure if still making difference...new to this....

There are only 5 digits. You need to change to dcfw 5 39990

hmm good question - just tested and still goes through. Is your phantom tn a did ?

no but i found the problem....it was pointing to the wrong CP vm # since they are a remote site, they dial a different number to hit CP here....changed forwarding it and working. Thanks for all your resonses....very quick
